This course shall cover the basics of Law and its introduction. As a society, “law” is absolutely necessary to ensure a good and positive environment. Law helps to strengthen the weak and bring the guilty to justice!

In Class XII, the student will get familiar with the law of partnership, law of negotiable instruments, law of insurance. Learning Partnership Law will help a student on how to create a partnership business and the laws needed to be followed. The law of negotiable instruments will teach them the legal aspects of Bills of Exchange, cheques, and other such documents etc. Nowdays, insurance has become a part and parcel of everyday life, thus, the law of insurance will deal with concepts like – life insurance, marine insurance, etc. This will teach the students on how to reduce the risk burden by opting for the correct insurance policy.
