Dear Students and Parents,
Incase you are unable to access your course content, kindly follow the troubleshooting methods as mentioned in our FAQ page.
In most cases, kindly follow the below steps at your end:
- Change your internet connection
- Clear your cookies and cache memory
- Check your firewall settings
- Reset your modem or Wifi
- Update your system
- Log out of your student login and Restart your machine
Above are some of the troubleshooting methods that help to clear the technical difficulties faced.
